About the position
The Personal Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Campus Principal. The ideal candidate will effectively ensure the smooth running of Campus Principal professional and personal life on campus.
Your established practices and proven track record will stand you in good stead to provide high level administrative support.
With your high level of emotional intelligence, and proactive and flexible mindset, you will succeed in supporting your executive.
To ensure a smooth transition, you understand that trust is earned through clear communication and an adaptable approach.
Position responsibilities
supporting your Campus Principal in all day-to-day activities
Proactively support the CP, in their day-to-day activities and calendar management.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms.
Coordinating travel arrangements for the CP as required.
Processing and submitting expense reports for CP as required.
Taking minutes and writing them up subsequently.
Producing reports and presentations.
Maintaining database systems.
Ensuring adequate supplies of stationery, equipment, and other materials in the staff room.
Assisting in the planning and execution of school-wide events, such as parent-teacher interviews, graduations, and fundraisers.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs for the school office and facilities. Other duties as directed

Preferred skills and experience
minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or Principal highly regarded
a background in the education space will be highly regarded
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
