About the position
In a rare opportunity to make your mark within this newly developed role, you’ll be the valued key enabler for the CEO and COO.
Your ability to identify, and take action upon, areas for improvement will be deeply appreciated as you shape the Executive Assistant function and relationships. As a skilled and patient team player, you’ll guide your leaders as to how you can best assist them in their roles. Both new to working with an EA, they’ll need time to understand and maximise the benefits of having your effective and efficient support. You’ll understand that trust is earned through clear communication, an adaptable approach and a willingness to deliver on commitments.
Your track record in getting things done, seeing problems as opportunities and maintaining a can-do approach, will be showcased in this role. As will your reputation for being proactive, efficient, and able to thrive under pressure. Finally, your clear and collaborative communication style will ensure your success in this position.
Position responsibilities
managing your leaders’ diary appointments and logistics, to proactively schedule, organise, and prioritise meetings
recognising process improvement opportunities, and implementing as needed
coordinating inbound and outbound correspondence in a professional and timely manner, including preparation of briefs and responses as required
researching and managing a range of projects to deliver within agreed timeframes
managing agendas, minutes, and actions registers ensuring task tracking, completion, and reporting
professionally preparing documentation such as presentations and various reports
coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements
other duties as reasonably required

Preferred skills and experience
minimum of 5 years’ of proven experience supporting a C-suite level environment or similar
previous project support experience would be highly regarded
high level of proficiency in MS Office suite
